I do the oven method and actually just cook the whole pack at once. The extra is put in a container in the fridge and just the desired number of slices are taken out and reheated for each day's breakfast. (The reheating is done either in the toaster oven or microwave depending on how much of a hurry I am in. And sometimes it is actually just eaten cold.)
