I agree with the concept. I wonder if it falls into the "get off my lawn" philosophy. Stay out of my state's issues. In the age of autocracy, I'm a fan of state's rights as a remanent bastion from control, and it seems like a small issue compared to the government coup anyway. I don't get why trans people in sports is even a federal issue other than to marginalize the trans community.

The Minnesota AG has said that Executive Orders do not supersede state law that prohibits discrimination based on gender. I guess we will see in court? It seems a kin to sanctuary city protections?
