They are basically yeast rolls filled with seasoned cabbage, onion, and ground beef. I keep my seasoning simple with just salt and pepper

Finally made an attempt at spiralized squash and carrots. Not exactly "spiralized", but the tool I have makes thin little strips that sauteed up really well! Will definitely add this to my meal cycles. Tonight... not sure. Grocery shopping day so I may end up cheating and getting a frozen... something. LOL.

First time ever trying to cook salmon. Turned out okay and edible, but will try another method next time. We are trying to eat a bit more fish these days - maybe twice a week. Trying to make slow improvements on our eating habits. Fingers-crossed. LOL. Not sure what tonight will be.

those fast food places are dangerous. In St. Louis, a young employee of steak ‘n Shake was shot by an irate customer who is mad about her order. this other fast food shooting showed up as well in my feed when I looked up the recent St. Louis incident

I love the seasoned, wild caught salmon from Costco. It is cooked frozen with great flavor and very easy. DH even likes it! Cooking fish is an acquired skill IMO. I have a tendency to overcook it. I AM getting better though.

Presently in Corfu. We will be eating at one of our favourite local tavernas tonight. The fish is landed just across a single lane road from the taverna. We will choose from what has been landed this morning.
