Honestly, I've gotten more hooked on the haddock roll.
DH is going to partner with a local farmer to serve fish and chips (fish being haddock) out of her food truck. He's been experimenting with different flour recipes to make it as crispy and puffy as the traditional British fish and chips. He's doing great so far1
